At Body Torque we offer a number of Group Fitness Sessions run by our qualified and motivating trainers.
All sessions are suitable for both women and men of any fitness level
beginners through to advance with classes also available for children. No need to pre-book or bring a partner.
We structure our fitness sessions to cater for all levels, with no prior experience needed to participate.
*Kids classes will stop over school holidays and resume first week back at school
